So, here are few things we can do to stop ourselves from mindlessly scrolling our phone.Wisely check your phone: Whenever you decide to pick your phone, make sure you  hold yourself and think why do you actually  want to check your phone. It's often colorful app icons, random notification  that diverts your mind.Schedule your day: Don't  forget to pre schedule your day with exiting fun activities  for your free time such as painting, meditation, cooking etc.Put your phone away: Immediately put your phone away after you are done with your work.
