I often find myself stupidly hopping from one app to other on my phone. Do you do the same?People say, " Do something that make you forget your phone". So, here are few things we can do to stop ourselves from mindlessly scrolling our phone.Wisely check your phone: Whenever you decide to pick your phone, make sure you hold yourself and think why do you actually want to check your phone. Doing this you will be constantly reminded of not over using your phone.Keep your phone away from your reach: Sometimes making bad habits harder also stops us from attempting to do such. Similarly, keeping your phone away from your reach and eye sight helps you stay focused.Set time limit: If there's particular app that takes too much of your time, setting time limits on its usage can come handy.Minimize clutter: Minimizing clutter can be getting rid of distracting apps, turning off notifications. It's often colorful app icons, random notification that diverts your mind.Schedule your day: Don't forget to pre schedule your day with exiting fun activities for your free time such as painting, meditation, cooking etc.Put your phone away: Immediately put your phone away after you are done with your work. This will prevent you from mindlessly scrolling your phone screen.No phone before bedtime: Don't let your phone be last thing u see at night. Also, don't spoil yourself with tempting screen time before bed.

Covid-19 pandemic has triggered new way of learning. All educational institutions are shifting towards new normal- that could most probably be use of online medium for learning. Online learning can be flexible at times, however, completing your academic year from home remotely could be worse than in formal physical classes.Here are some most common challenges students are facing during their online classes:Technical issues: Weak internet and low bandwidth can be challenging when it comes to attending classes online. According to Nepal’s National Education Board (NEB), around 500,000 grade 10 students will attend the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) to be held in 2021.A total of 520,000 students have filled registration forms so far, informed Examination Controller Rudra Prasad Adhikari.“This number may slightly undergo changes due to illegible code numbers sent by some schools,” said Adhikari.The examination board has already started preparations to conduct examinations from 2,030 exam centers across Nepal.Amid the pandemic in 2020, the Nepali Government has conducted the SEE examinations in 1,955 exam centers.
